[p4dti-discussion] P4DTI and Bugzilla 2.18.1 show_bug.cgi

After upgraded to Bugzilla 2.18.1 and P4DTI 2.2.2-1 I no longer see a
section on the show_bug pages with information about whether a bug has
been replicated to Perforce or not.  I dug out some info about an after
comments hook that was added to Bugzilla 2.18.1, see:

https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=239346

I have verified that this hook is in my bugzilla installation and also
that I have the following:

.../bugzilla/template/en/extension/hook/bug/comments.html.tmpl/aftercomm
ents/p4dti.html.tmpl

Is there something else I need to setup?
