- Did you re-run checksetup.pl after applying the P4DTI Bugzilla patch?

- Do you have the Bugzilla P4DTI parameter set to on? (editparams.cgi)

- If the answers to both of those is "yes", send me the HTML of an
  example bug page.

I hope this helps.  Please note that the first stop for P4DTI support
is Perforce support, although I'm happy to discuss it here.
