Hi All,

We have a SCM tool we are trying to integrate with Teamtrack. We are doing
this integration by ourself. We are accessing the teamtrack database to
change the state of the bugs after they get checked into our SCM tool.

My question is what are the fields we should change in the teamtrack
database to change the state of a bug. I know ts_state field. If I change
this field the bug's front end change history graphical view doesn't change.

I talked to a Teamtrack support person; they said they won't help me to fix
this issue.

Any help would be appreciated.
