[p4dti-discussion] P4DTI and Tracker

For people's delight and delectation I have a version of P4DTI which works
with Serena Tracker (formerly PVCS Tracker) at:

//guest/robert_cowham/perforce/p4dti-tracker/main/

In the Perforce Public Depot.

Obviously most of the Tracker stuff will not be of interest in most shops. 

However, you may wish to note the changes I made to use P4Python throughout
which brings significant performance benefits and seemed to improve
reliability during large polls. See module p4i.py (renamed from p4.py) for
details. There weren't many changes in replicator.py etc, but there are a
few.

The P4Python changes should be fairly easy to port back into the main
stream.

Other changes I made include rename the translation functions from *_0_to_1*
to *_dt_to_p4* (or vice versa) since I could never remember which way round
the originals were.
