[p4dti-discussion] Bugzilla 2.20 and email question

Hi everyone,
 
2 questions:
 
1.  When will a P4DTI that supports Bugzilla 2.20 be available?  There's
a couple neat features (categories, configurable email preferences,
removal of hardcoded variables) that I'd like to take advantage of.
 
2.  Bugzilla will email people attached with a bug when the Bugzilla UI
is used to change the status.  However, if you attach a bug/job to a
changelist and resolve it that way, there's no email.  Is there a way to
fire off the email?
