I'm polishing it this week (today I was fixing a problem when
integrating with unicode-enabled Perforce servers), and will make a
release as soon as I'm happy with it (any day now).  Perforce Inc will
then test it and we may have a few iterations before it gets announced
as an official Perforce product.

There should be; the P4DTI tries to invoke the necessary Bugzilla
script to make this happen.  Do you have bugzilla_directory set in
config.py?  See the documentation of that variable in the
Administrator's Guide.
