I'm sorry to say that I don't think the details of Ravenbrook's
engagement with Perforce are suitable for this list.

However, there are many active P4DTI sites out there, and I'm
confident that Perforce Inc, famous for the quality of its support,
wouldn't leave all those paying customers in the lurch.

Yes, this is an accident of the slippage of 2.18; there wasn't much
development time between 2.20 and 2.22.  2.24 (or the semi-mythical
"3.0") will have much more, especially custom fields (which are
already in 2.23.1) and maybe custom resolutions and workflow.  None of
these items present overwhelming problems to the P4DTI, although the
necessary adaptations, and test cases, will be interesting coding
jobs.
