It's too late now, but you didn't have to obliterate to do this. You could
have just done 'p4 change -f <changeno>' as admin or super and edited the
comment directly.

I just wanted to let you guys know what I did to solve the problem. I
found the submitted changelist, in Perforce, from the details of the
backtrace. From there, I got the latest version of the two files
associated with the changelist. I then used p4 obliterate to delete both
files. I used p4 change to delete the changelist. I re-submitted the
files, with the description updated to remove the Unicode characters.

One of our developers had copied text directly from Outlook, into the
description field for the changelist. I believe it was an open/closed
set of quotes that were the offending Unicode characters.

Can you provide any more of the backtrace?  I'd like to update the
P4DTI to handle these character-set issues rather better than this.
