[p4dti-discussion] How to refresh "fixes"?

Hi,
We are experiencing a similar problem here. Developers submit a
changelist with an associated job fix, and Perforce shows the correct
status for the job fix but sometimes Bugzilla does not update and the
changelist remains as "(pending)".
I have not had time to look for a solution yet, so any pointers would be
appreciated.

Subject: [p4dti-discussion] How to refresh "fixes"?
Hello fellow P4DTI'ers.
I would like to be able to update the list of "fixes" in Bugzilla from
the P4 database. I have a situation where a bug in Bugzilla says it has
a pending change list associated with it, but that change list doesn't
exist anymore in P4. If I do a 'p4 fixes -j [bug_number]', p4 says that
there are no fixes for this job.
So, there's a discrepancy between P4 and Bugzilla as to the associations
between change lists and bugs.
I though 'python refresh.py' would do it, but according to the Admin
Guide, section 9.2 (Refreshing Jobs in P4), I believe that this takes
bug data from Bugzilla and updates the fields in P4's jobs. This isn't
quite what I'm looking for.
If it helps, we don't allow our designers to update jobs in P4: they
have to edit bugs in Bugzilla, and associate fixes through P4. So, the
information in Bugzilla concerning data is assumed to be correct, and
the information in P4 concerning fixes is assumed to be correct.
I'm currently using P4 2006.2, P4DTI 2.3.5 and Bugzilla 2.22.2.
So, what command should I use to update the information in Bugzilla with
respect to the 'fixes' data found in P4?
Thanks
