Someone (probably the Perforce user 'hghassemi') changed the Perforce
job to have the value 'ignore' in the 'Status' field.  The P4DTI
didn't know how to translate this value into Bugzilla's 'bug_status'
field, so reverted the Perforce job to match the Bugzilla bug.  The
Bugzilla bug had the value 'CLOSED' in its 'bug_status' field, so the
Perforce job got the value 'bugzilla_closed' in its 'Status' field.

The replicator then sent out a notification email to the Perforce
user.
